This notice explains, under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), how the details you share through the enquiry form are processed.

How the enquiry form works
What you type into the form is not stored on this site and is not sent to a server. The form turns your entries into a prepared WhatsApp message and opens the app; you can read it, edit it, or not send it at all.
Once you send the message, your details reach the clinic over WhatsApp and are used solely to assess your consultation request and to contact you. Height and weight are health data and are used only for a preliminary eligibility assessment. Your details are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Communication over WhatsApp is subject to Meta Platforms' own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not use cookies and runs no analytics that track your visit. The introductory film loads only when you press play; until then, no request is made to YouTube.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Write to hello@tufanergenc.com.
